Canton Leisure Services offers a variety of individualized fitness consulting services to meet your needs, including traditional personal training, aquatic personal training, tai chi personal training and yoga personal training.

No matter what your fitness level or area of interest, our certified personal trainers will motivate you to achieve the results you desire.

Personal Training Services include:

  • Fitness Assessment & Target Heart Rate Calculation
  • Health Screening & Body Composition Analysis
  • 55-minute session Nutrition Counseling (by appointment) - call 734/394-5467 for more information.

Personal Training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Day, evening, and weekend appointments available.

Whether you currently work with a trainer, or develop your own fitness practice, our services can help you fine tune your program. All services are individualized and led by certified instructors.

  • Fitness Evaluation - Do you want to track your fitness progress over time? Do you wonder what your overall fitness level really is? A personal trainer will conduct a complete evaluation and provide results and recommendations based on a series of tests that evaluate your fitness.
  • Weight Loss Consultation - Work with an expert and learn how to set your own personal health and nutrition goals, develop a plan to achieve them, and stay motivated to maintain your healthy lifestyle and lose weight. Packages also available for multiple sessions-please call for details.
  • Sports Nutrition -Get a nutrition program designed to meet specific performance goals. Your body composition, activity level, and current nutritional assessment are used to compute caloric intake, goals, and timing of meals for most effective performance preparation for high school collegiate and recreational.
