Group Fitness Classes

Enjoy unlimited access to 65 complimentary aquatic and land fitness classes as part of your membership.

Registered Fitness Classes

These classes are available for 4-6 weeks and allow the instructor to provide you with more individualized instruction as they guide you through a structured program. See faster results and increase your fitness challeges as you advance into higher level classes.

Class levels are designated for each class offered, (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Baby Boomer, Senior), making it easy to find the level that is right for you.

Meet a personal trainer and get a free 15-minute training session. Ask questions and get work-out tips from a professional.

The Fitness Center offers 6,000 square feet of space, over 30 pieces of cardiovascular fitness equipment, over 40 pieces of strength equipment, stretching area and plenty of natural light. Locker rooms are located next to the fitness center to provide guests with the space they need.

Summit on the Park staff can help you become familiar with fitness equipment and are responsible for cleaning the fitness center and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

Personal Training Services include:

  • Fitness Assessment & Target Heart Rate Calculation
  • Health Screening & Body Composition Analysis
  • 55-minute session Nutrition Counseling (by appointment)

Personal Fitness Programs

Canton Leisure Services offers a variety of individualized fitness consulting services to meet your needs, including traditional personal training, aquatic personal training, tai chi personal training and yoga personal training.

No matter what your fitness level or area of interest, our certified personal trainers will motivate you to achieve the results you desire.

Personal Training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Day, evening, and weekend appointments available.

Whether you currently work with a trainer, or develop your own fitness practice, our services can help you fine tune your program. All services are individualized and led by certified instructors.

  • Fitness Evaluation - Fee: $40M/$45R/$59NR
    A thorough health screening and a series of tests are administered by a Certified Personal Trainer to assess your overall fitness levels. Results are discussed and recommendations are provided.
  • Weight Loss Consultation - Fee: $45M/$50R/$65NR
    Work with an expert to set your own personal nutrition goals, develop a plan to achieve them, and stay motivated to maintain your healthy lifestyle while losing weight. Get the most up-to-date information on nutrition and learn from a professional how to apply it to your daily life for lasting weight results.
  • Sports Nutrition - Fee: $45M/$50R/$65NR
    Get a nutrition program designed to meet specific performance goals. Your body composition, activity level and current nutritional assessment are used to compute caloric intake, goals, and timing of meals for most effective performance preparation for high school, collegiate and recreational sports.
