Canton's beautiful Heritage Park features a state-of-the-art amphitheater. The performing area of the amphitheater is approximately 40' x 20'. The grass hill can easily accomodate 3,000 people with blankets and lawn chairs for a performance.

Reservations will begin second week in February for residents. Note: No walk-ins the first week of reservations. Reservations will be open to the gnenral public beginning April 1. Pavilions are available for rental May 1st through September 30th. Call 734/394-5310.

 

The historic Bartlett-Travis House is located at 500 N. Ridge Rd.

The Bartlett-Travis House can accommodate up to 35 people, and a Leisure Service staff member will remain on site for the duration of your rental. It is the ideal setting for intimate gatherings in the dining room, sitting room and parlor.

We supply the fun when you schedule a bouncer party at the Summit on the Park. Our friendly and fun staff will supervise and coordinate all games with the 13' x 13' interactive inflatable play structure. Each 2 hour party includes: the bouncer and field games, a party room, a party host, goody bags and invitations. Call the party coordinator for dates, times, and details at 734/394-5323.

• Package One: One hour with the bouncer, one hour in a party room, party host, invitations and goody bags. Option: Pizza - $3 additional per person.

Located at 50440 Cherry Hill Road, the historic Cherry Hill School can accommodate up to 55 people. With a small kitchen and serving area, this facility is the ideal spot for an elite meeting experience, wedding rehearsal, dance or gathering.

A Leisure Service Staff member will remain on site to assist with the facility. The one room school house is known for its decadent wood ceilings and old style classroom set-up. For rental information, please call 734/394-5300 ext. 6.

How it works:

• The climber is secured with a harness and attached to the auto-belay.
• The climber ascends the wall at their own pace.
• If the climber falls or wants to descend, they are automatically lowered slowly and safely.
• Minimum weight requirement is 45 pounds.

• $250 rental fee for Canton residents and Canton-based, non-profit groups.
• $350 rental fee for non-residents (within 15 mile radius only).

Add some pizzaz to your event with our portable stage!

Our staff will take care of delivery and set-up, you provide the entertainment.

The main stage is 28' X 6'6" with a maximum canopy height of 17'. Lighting, sound equipment and technical support is NOT included.

Cost:

• $300 daily rental fee for Canton non-profit groups or Canton Community Partners.
• $400 daily rental fee for Canton business or groups.
• $500 daily rental fee for groups Mon-Fri (within 25 mile radius only).
• $600 daily rental fee for regional groups Sat-Sun (within 25 mile radius only).

Many of the seven community parks offer pavilions with picnic tables, grills, electricity and rest rooms close by for rental. Rental season runs May 1 through September 20 each year. Reservations begin the second Monday in February for residents and April 1st for non-residents.

We are also pleased to offer the recently relocated historical Cady Boyer Barn for
private rental. This historical barn is located on the Bartlett-Travis house grounds at 500 N. Ridge Road. Please call 734/394-5310 for futher information.

A gazebo is located in Heritage Park located behind the Canton municipal complex, west of Canton Center road and south of Cherry Hill. For rental information call 734/394-5310.

The Summit has activity spaces including a gymnasium with a suspended track, fitness center, aquatic center and multipurpose rooms available for evening or after hour rentals.

The Summit also have six different rooms that can accommodate between 20-60 people or a combination of rooms to fit more than 100 people for any need; complete with a full service commercial kitchen.
