Policies Governing Play

Annual members may book tee times up to one month in advance. Guests may book tee time reservations up to 2 weeks in advance. Reservations are available for special events. Please contact the sales office for information regarding groups of 9 or more players.

Cancellations Please contact the pro shop to cancel reservations. Cancellations within 24 hours of your time may be subject to being charged the full rate.

Pace of Play Pace of play is scheduled as 4½ hours for 18 holes or 15 minutes per hole. Players falling behind pace may be asked to move into position. In consideration of others, please keep pace.

Powered Carts A golf car is required at all times. Players must be 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf car and are fully responsible for any damages resulting from their operation. No more than 2 players per car and 2 cars per group are allowed. Walking may be allowed on a limited basis.

Dress Code Proper golf attire is requested at all times. Jeans are not considered proper golf attire. Men must wear collared shirts.

Soft Spikes Pheasant Run is a soft spike facility. Metal or ceramic spike are not allowed. Spike changes are available in the pro shop for a nominal charge.

Replay The replay rate is $25 for 9 or 18 holes based on availability. Check in with the pro shop after finishing your round.

Rain Policy In the event of inclement weather and the closure of the course, Pheasant Run will offer rain checks. Rain checks are prorated based on the amount of un-played holes in that day’s round.
